东亚供应链调整背景下的中日合作

摘　　要：国际金融危机、国际秩序变革、新冠疫情以及东亚经济再平衡调整,都成为东亚供应链调整的重要驱动因素。特别是在新冠疫情背景下,中国和日本作为东亚的两个主要大国均加快了供应链调整步伐,在增强本国供应链效率性、完备性的同时,通过向东盟转移以确保供应链安全性的趋势日益显著。中日供应链的调整不仅有助于东亚“三角形”供应链的形成,更有助于推动两国供应链合作的转型,两国供应链合作重心将由以中国市场为主向深化第三方市场合作以及提升中日市场合作层次并重转移。与此同时,中日供应链合作依然面临来自美国因素、日本因素以及其他东亚域外因素干扰的挑战。对此,中国需要加大开放力度,继续夯实和强化中国在东亚供应链中的枢纽作用,并努力持续深化中日供应链合作,以确保东亚区域整个供应链的有序重构与转型。The global financial crisis,major changes in the international order,the global spread of the COVID-19 epidemic,and the economic rebalancing adjustment in East Asia have all become important driving factors of supply chain adjustment in East Asia.Especially in the context of the epidemic,China and Japan,two major countries in East Asia,have accelerated the pace of supply chain adjustment.While enhancing the efficiency and completeness of their supply chain,the trend of ensuring supply chain security is becoming increasingly significant by transferring to ASEAN.The realignment of supply chains in China and Japan has the potential to facilitate the development of a"triangular"supply chain in East Asia,while also fostering the structural transformation of economic cooperation between the two nations in the post-pandemic era.Besides,the focus of cooperation between the two counties will transform from a China-centered market to deepening"third-party market"cooperation and improving the level of marketing cooperation between China and Japan.It is hopeful that these two countries can transform the crisis caused by the pandemic into a driving force for enhancing cooperation in the post-pandemic era.This could pave the way for a new phase of China-Japan economic cooperation,taking it to greater heights.Meanwhile,China-Japan supply chain cooperation is still facing challenges from the interference of the United States,Japan,and other extra-regional factors.In this regard,China needs to be more open to consolidating China's role as a hub in the East Asian supply chain,and to continue to deepen the China-Japan supply chain cooperation,to ensure the orderly reconstruction of the entire supply chain in East Asia.
