制造业数字化转型与产业链现代化关联性研究

摘　　要：本文以中国制造业的产业链发展作为研究对象,从中观层面行业主体的数字化转型出发,通过理论分析和实证检验相结合的方式厘清数字化转型与产业链现代化之间的内在关系,并深入挖掘数字化转型影响制造业产业链现代化的异质性特征。得到如下核心研究结论:第一,数字化转型对制造业产业链现代化具有显著的促进效应。第二,数字化转型对于中低技术行业和中高技术行业的影响比较大,而对于低技术行业的产业链现代化影响并不显著。第三,数字化转型对于竞争性行业的产业链现代化影响非常显著,而对于管制性行业的影响并不显著。研究数字化转型下的制造业产业链现代化,有极高的理论价值和实践意义。深化了中国制度背景和超大规模市场背景下数字化转型经济后果的学理认知,并为提升产业链基础能力和产业链现代化提供科学的参考依据。Taking the development of China’s manufacturing industry chain as the research object,starting from the digital transforma-tion of industry subjects at the meso level,this paper clarifies the internal relationship between digital transformation and industrial chain modernization through the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical test,and deeply excavates the heterogeneous charac-teristics of digital transformation affecting the modernization of manufacturing industry chain.The core research conclusions are as fol-lows:First,digital transformation has a significant promoting effect on the modernization of manufacturing industry chain.Second,the impact of digital transformation on midium and low-tech industries and medium and high-tech industries is relatively large,while the impact on the industrial chain modernization of low-tech industries is not significant.Third,digital transformation has a significant impact on the modernization of industrial chain in competitive industries,but not on regulated industries.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the modernization of manufacturing industry chain under the digital transformation.Deepening the theoretical understanding of the consequences of digital transformation economy under the background of China’s system and super large-scale market,and provide a scientific reference basis for improving the basic ability of industrial chain and industrial chain mod-ernization.
