摘 要:通过球磨、表面包覆、筛分,得到纳米包覆超细铜粉,并运用红外热成像仪分别在烟箱和外场研究了超细铜粉烟幕在8~14μm红外波段的遮蔽效果,并计算了消光系数,研究表明,超细铜粉对8~14μm长波红外具有良好的消光性能。本研究为铜粉烟幕的实际应用提供了参考。The ultrafine copper powder with nanoscale coating is prepared by spherical milling,surface coated and sieving,the anti-8~14μm infrared performance of smoke based on copper power is tested and studied within a smoke chamber and on outfield with a thermal imager respectively,and the light extinction coefficient is calculated.Research results show that the ultrafine copper powder has an excellent 8~14μm infrared extinction performance.The research will provide references for effective application of the copper powder smoke screen.
