摘　　要：在推进中国式现代化进程中,科技学术团体要找准自身任务和目标,坚持面向世界科技前沿、面向经济主战场、面向国家重大需求、面向人民生命健康,作出应有的贡献。围绕服务好国家水网构建、服务好国家粮食安全、服务好国家“双碳”目标三个方面,提出中国大坝工程学会创新推动水利水电和坝工领域科技进步、服务国家重大战略的方向与建议。In the process of promoting the Chinese path to modernization,scientific and technical academic institutions must identify their tasks and goals,and contribute towards staying at the forefront of the world’s scientific and technological frontier.They should also focus on the main battlefield of the economy,meet the country’s needs,and promote the well-being and health of its people.This paper proposes directions and suggestions for the China National Committee on Large Dams to promote technological progress in the fields of water resources,hydropower,and dam engineering and serve national key strategies,focusing on the three specific goals of constructing the national water network,ensuring national food security,and achieving the“dual carbon”target.
