摘 要:单相接地故障严重威胁着配电网的安全可靠运行,快速隔离故障对提高配电网的供电可靠性具有重要意义。为实现配电网单相接地故障的精确隔离,需对单相接地保护进行合理的整定。分析了单相接地保护原理、故障点过渡电阻、配电网拓扑结构及故障处理策略等因素对单相接地保护定值整定的影响,提出了典型配电线路单相接地保护定值的整定原则和灵敏度校验方法,可提升配电网的单相接地故障处理能力。The single-phase grounding fault seriously threatens the safe and reliable operation of the distribution network,and the rapid isolation of the fault is of great significance to improve the reliability of the power supply of the distribution network.In order to achieve accurate isolation of single-phase grounding faults in distribution network,it is necessary to make reasonable settings for single-phase grounding protection.The influence of factors such as single-phase grounding protection principle,fault point transition resistance,distribution network topology structure and fault handling strategy on the setting of single-phase grounding protection were analyzed,and the setting of single-phase grounding protection for typical distribution lines was proposed.The principle and sensitivity verification method can improve the single-phase-to-ground fault handling capability of the distribution network.
