摘  要:通过以居民文化消费的影响因素为切入点,基于2006—2020年中国31个省(区、市,除港澳台)的面板数据,建立空间计量回归模型,实证分析居民收入、文化产业、公共财政文化投入等因素对居民文化消费的空间影响效应。研究结果表明:居民收入对居民文化消费存在非线性倒“U”型结构影响,具有明显的空间效应;公共财政文化投入正向影响居民文化消费,不仅会提升本地居民文化消费,也会吸引周边邻近地区居民来本地消费;文化产业发展、物流设施等要素增长能显著提升居民文化消费,但未呈现空间溢出效应;信息化发展对文化消费产生非线性结构影响,但缺乏空间效应;而文化贸易对居民文化消费的影响不明显。因此,建议稳步提升居民收入水平、持续增加公共财政文化投入、做优做强文化产业,以扩大居民文化消费。By taking the influencing factors of residents'cultural consumption as the starting point,the spatial measurement regression model is established based on the panel data of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities,except Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)from 2006 to 2020 to empirically test the spatial effect of residents'income,cultural industry,public finance and cultural input on residents'cultural consumption.The results show that the residents'income has a non-linear inverted"U"-shaped structure influence on the residents'cultural consumption,which has an obvious spatial effect;public financial and cultural investment positively influences the cultural consumption of residents,which will not only improve the cultural consumption of local residents,but also attract residents from the surrounding areas to the local consumption;the development of cultural industry,the growth of logistics facilities and other factors can significantly improve the cultural consumption of residents,but it does not show a spatial spillover effect;the development of informatization has a non-linear structure influence on cultural consumption,but it lacks the spatial effect;the impact of cultural trade on residents'cultural consumption is not obvious.On this basis,it is suggested to expand residents'cultural consumption by steadily improving residents'income level,continuously increasing public financial and cultural investment,and optimizing and strengthening cultural industries.
