摘 要:目的 应用Meta分析方法系统评价白藜芦醇对AS动物模型的作用。方法 通过计算机检索中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane图书馆数据库。搜集白藜芦醇治疗动脉粥样硬化模型动物实验文献,检索时限从建库至2022年9月15日。由两位研究员独立进行文献检索及资料提取。通过偏倚风险评估工具SYRCLE进行文献质量评估。采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果 与对照组相比,实验组能降低TC水平[SMD=-2.68,95%CI(-3.63,-1.74)]、TG水平[SMD=-2.20,95%CI(-3.13,-1.27)]、LDL-C水平[SMD=-4.00,95%CI(-5.53,-2.47)],能减少斑块面积[SMD=-2.84, 95%CI(-4.29,-1.38)],能提高HDL-C水平[SMD=2.79,95%CI(1.45,4.13)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但在对TNF-α水平[SMD=-43.97,95%CI(-118.41,30.47)]及IL-1β水平[SMD=-38.79,95%CI(-88.28,10.70)]的影响上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 当前动物实验结果表明,白藜芦醇干预AS动物模型可以改善脂质代谢、炎症反应。Objective To evaluate the effect of resveratrol on arteriosclerosis(AS)animal models by Meta-analysis.Methods Databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),PubMed,EMBASE,and Cochrane Library were searched by computes.The experimental literature of resveratrol on atherosclerosis model animals were collected,and the search time limit was from the establishment of the databases to September 15,2022.Literature search and data extraction were independently conducted by two researchers.Literature quality was assessed by the bias risk assessment tool SYRCLE,and the Meta-analysis was performed with RevMan 5.4 software.Results Compared with control group,experimental group could decrease the levels of TC(SMD=-2.68,95%CI[-3.63,-1.74]),TG(SMD=-2.20,95%CI[-3.13,-1.27]),and LDL-C(SMD=-4.00,95%CI[-5.53,-2.47]),reduce plaque area(SMD=-2.84,95%CI[-4.29,-1.38]),and increase the level of HDL-C(SMD=2.79,95%CI[1.45,4.13]),and differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference in the effect on TNF-αlevel(SMD=-43.97,95%CI[-118.41,30.47])and IL-1βlevel(SMD=-38.79,95%CI[-88.28,10.70])(P>0.05).Conclusion The results of animal experiments show that resveratrol can improve lipid metabolism and inflammatory reaction in AS animal models.
