摘　　要：新时代形势下,既要推动西藏水电开发,又要促进地方高质量发展。移民安置作为水电工程建设的重要组成部分,对西藏水电的顺利开发具有重要作用。研究从西藏水电移民安置与地方高质量发展相协同的必要性进行阐述,并对西藏水电移民安置与地方高质量发展相协同的路径进行初步探讨,同时从移民安置管理体制机制、移民生计恢复、政策体系等方面提出相关建议,以期对西藏水电顺利开发以及地方社会经济的高质量发展提供一定的参考。In the new era,we should not only promote the hydropower development in Tibet,but also promote the local high-quality development.As an important part of hydropower construction,resettlement plays an important role in the smooth development of hydropower in Tibet.In this paper,the necessity of coordination between Tibet s hydropower resettlement and local high-quality development is expounded,and the path of coordination between Tibet s hydropower resettlement and local high-quality development is preliminarily discussed.At the same time,relevant suggestions are put forward from the aspects of resettlement management system and mechanism,migrant livelihood recovery,policy system and so on.It is expected to provide some reference for the smooth development of hydropower in Tibet and the local high-quality social and economic development.
