摘  要:为解决AGV在行走过程中驱动轮打滑问题,进一步提升AGV行走稳定性,降低AGV的振动、噪声,在现有AGV驱动单元的研究现状基础上,运用模块化的思想设计了一种新型独立减震的AGV驱动单元,详细阐述了其结构组成、工作原理、主要特点,分析了AGV在行走过程中的阻力及其计算方法,同时给出了AGV驱动单元选型计算的范例。此外,还对新型AGV驱动单元的典型应用进行了分析,给出了驱动单元与载荷及AGV自重的匹配条件。所设计的新型AGV驱动单元不仅能解决打滑问题,结构也更加紧凑,为其推广应用提供参考。In order to solve the problem of drive wheel skid in the process of AGV walking,further improve the stability of AGV,reduce the vibration and noise of AGV,based on the current research status of AGV driving unit,a new type of independent vibration reduction AGV driving unit was designed by using the idea of modularization.The structure composition,working principle and main characteristics were exelaborated in detail.The resistance and calculation method of AGV in the process of walking were analyzed,and an example of the selection calculation of AGV driving unit was given.In addition,the typical application of the new AGV driving unit was analyzed,and the matching conditions of the driving unit with the load and the dead weight of the AGV were given.The new AGV driving unit designed can not only solve the skid problem,but also has a more compact structure,which provides a reference for its popularization and application.
