摘 要:近年来,随着人们消费意愿的上涨,生活垃圾也在逐年递增。在因疫情被封闭的高校校园内,每天产生的生活垃圾将近数万吨,目前,很多高校尚未建立完整的垃圾收集和运输体系,而传统垃圾运输方式会在很大程度上造成资源的浪费。文中以资源的循环利用为目标,针对高校生活垃圾的处理现状,将高校生活垃圾与逆向物流相结合,根据SMART模型,从明确性、可衡量性、可以实现性、相关性、时限性五个角度为其提供合理化建议,以促进我国循环经济的发展,供学者进行参考。In recent years,with the rise of people s willingness to consume,domestic waste is also increasing year by year.In the closed colleges and universities due to the epidemic,nearly tens of thousands of tons of domestic waste are generated on campus every day,but many universities have not yet established a complete garbage collection and transportation system,and traditional garbage transportation methods will largely cause waste of resources.This paper takes the recycling of resources as the goal,combines the treatment status of domestic waste in colleges and universities with reverse logistics,and provides rational suggestions from five perspectives of clarity,measurability,realizability,relevance and timeliness according to the SMART model,so as to promote the development of circular economy in China for scholars reference.
