摘　　要：为践行国家医改要求,满足医院精细化管理内在需求,推动公立医院高质量发展,近年来我国众多大型三甲医院开始引入SPD服务模式。文中以SPD服务模式的代表性运营商DR公司为例,运用AHP法与模糊综合评价法相结合的技术方法对DR公司的绩效评价及提升进行研究,期望为医院SPD服务模式及服务运营商管理提供重要参考借鉴。In order to carry out the national medical reform,satisfy the internal need of fine management of hospitals,and promote the high-quality development of public hospitals,in recent years,many large-scale grade A tertiary hospitals in our country began to introduce SPD service mode.This article takes the representative SPD service operator,DR Company,as an example,to study the performance evaluation and promotion of DR Company by using the combined method of AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,hoping to provide important references for SPD service mode of hosptials and SPD service operator management.
