摘　　要：在经济全球化趋势不断深入的背景下,物流行业得到了迅猛的发展,化工物流行业的竞争也日益激烈,化工物流企业的经营战略选择是决定其可持续发展的关键。文中以SWOT分析法为基础,以上海密尔克卫化工有限公司为研究对象,对公司的优劣势、机会和挑战展开分析,然后对其四种战略组合进行分析并给出建议,旨在为化工物流服务企业战略制定提供借鉴。With the deepening of economic globalization,the chemical logistics industry is developing rapidly,and the competition in the chemical logistics industry is becoming fiercer and fiercer.The choice of management strategy is the key to determine the sustainable development of enterprises.Based on SWOT analysis,taking Shanghai Milkyway Chemical Company as the research object,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of its management strategy,and gives corresponding suggestions after the study of its four strategic combinations,aiming to provide a reference for the strategic formulation of chemical logistics service enterprises.
