不同植物激素对露珠杜鹃茎段产生不定芽和继代增殖的影响  

Effect of Different Plant Growth Hormones on Adventitious Buds and Secondary Proliferation in Stem Segments of Rhododendron

摘  要:文章以高山杜鹃品种“露珠杜鹃(Rhododendron irroratum)”无菌苗茎段作为外植体、WPM为基本培养基,研究不同激素种类和浓度对高山杜鹃不定芽的诱导和增殖培养的影响。研究表明,IBA+NAA激素组合无论在何种浓度条件下都不利于茎段诱导产生不定芽;对于NAA+6-BA激素组合,6-BA浓度过高或过低都不利于不定芽的诱导,最佳激素配比为:WPM+6-BA 1.7 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,诱导率为70%。对于不定芽的继代增殖,总体上TDZ+NAA、ZT+NAA有不定芽的增殖现象,但增殖效果都不明显,最大的增殖率组合为:WPM+TDZ 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L和WPM+ZT 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,增殖率为50%。In this study,stem segments of sterile seedlings of Rhododendron irroratum were used as explants and WPM was used as the basic medium to study the effects of different hormone types and concentrations on the induction and prolifer-ation of advancedbuds of Rhododendron irroratum.The results showed that the combination of IBA and NAA was not conducive to the induction of adventitious buds in stem segments at any concentration.For the combination of NAA+6-BA,too high or too low concentration of 6-BA was not beneficial to the induction of advently-buds.The optimal hormone ratio was WPM+6-BA 1.7 mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L,and the induction rate was 70%.TDZ+NAA and ZT+NAA showed adventitious bud proliferation in general,but the proliferation effect was not detailed.The maximum proliferation rate combination was as follows:The proliferation rates of WPM+TDZ 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L and WPM+ZT 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L were 50%.
