摘  要:振弦式传感器的激励是保证振弦传感器可靠测量的前提。针对工程中因振弦传感器激励不可靠导致的测量问题,开展了激励效果影响因素的分析与实验研究;根据低压扫频激励方式涉及的激励波形、激励步长、激励范围、激励次数等影响因素分析和实验结果,设计了预激励、分段激励和复激励三阶段,结合基于FFT的频谱测频方法,形成激励输入与测量结果输出的闭环反馈和评价机制,实现了振弦传感器的自适应激励;以卡槽式结构的振弦式应变传感器为例,证实了所提出的激励策略相较于其他策略,可有效改善振弦传感器的激励质量,提高振弦传感器测量的可靠性和准确性。The vibration excitation is the key to ensure the reliable measurement of the vibrating wire sensor.Aiming at the problem that the vibrating wire sensor measurement is not reliable due to the unreliability of excitation in engineering,analysis and experimental stud⁃ies on the influencing factors of excitation effect are performed.According to the research of the influencing factors such as excitation waveform,excitation step,excitation range and excitation times involved in low⁃voltage frequency sweep excitation,three stages are de⁃signed to realize the self⁃adaptive excitation of the vibrating string sensor i.e.,pre⁃excitation,segmented excitation and compound excita⁃tion.Combined with the frequency measurement method based on FFT,the closed⁃loop feedback and evaluation mechanism of excitation input and measurement result output is formed,realizing the adaptive excitation of vibration wire sensor.Experimental results show that the proposed excitation strategy can effectively improve the excitation quality and the reliability and accuracy of the measurement com⁃pared with other strategies.
