摘 要:抗浸服作为冷水域救援人员的防护装备,其内层保暖层的性能对充气式抗浸服的穿着舒适性至关重要。以现有产品的优劣分析和实际使用情况的市场调研结果为基础,对充气式抗浸服的保暖层进行结构设计和优化,并对优化后产品的防护性能进行测试分析。结果表明,充气保暖内层材料的优化以及服装结构的改进设计可显著提升服装的漂浮性和保暖性。In order to ensure the life safety of rescue personnel in cold waters,it is necessary to use anti-immersion clothing as protective equipment.The performance of the inner thermal layer is very important for the comfort of wearing inflatable anti-immersion clothing.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing products and the results of the actual use of the market research,the thermal insulation layer of inflatable anti-immersion clothing was designed and optimized,and the protective performance of the optimized product was tested and studied.The results show that the optimization of aerated thermal inner material and the improved design of clothing structure can significantly improve the buoyancy and heat preservation property of clothing.
