新文科建设语境中设计学类专业分流的思考与研究——以南京工程学院为例

摘  要:大类招生,专业分流使学生—专业—教师之间进行了一次有效的“互动”,在尊重学生个性化发展的基础上,实现人才培养方案的动态化、人性化调整,使“社会需求—专业设置—人才培养”趋于动态平衡。在新文科语境中,理性地审视培养体系暴露出的问题,增强时代适应性和发展动力就成为重中之重。通过聚焦南京工程学院2021级设计学类本科生专业分流这一案例,运用实证分析方法进一步反思如何在解决“冷热不均”等突出现象中建立富有韧性的培养方案,充分发挥其对建设由“通”到“专”的复合型人才所具有的积极意义。The major enrollment and the major diversion have made an effective"interaction"between students,majors and teachers.On the basis of respecting the personalized development of students,the dynamic and humanized adjustment of talent training programs has been realized,and the"social demand-major setting-talent training"has become a dynamic balance.In the context of the new liberal arts,a rational examination of the problems exposed by the training system and the enhancement of the adaptability and development momentum of the times become the top priority.By focusing on the case of the professional diversion of 2021 design undergraduate students in Nanjing Institute of Technology,this paper uses empirical analysis to further reflect on how to establish a resilient training program in solving the prominent phenomenon of"uneven heat and cold",and fully play its positive role in building a versatile talent from"general"to"specialized".
