面向人工智能的高校创新创业教育生态系统建设研究

摘　　要：随着人工智能时代的到来,新一代数字技术迅速发展并遍布各行各业,极大地改变了市场对人才的需求。然而,传统的高校双创教育人才培养模式难以匹配这种需求。为了解决该问题,本文围绕人才培养的知识、能力和素质三个维度,构建了“一轴二动力三螺旋”动态人才培养模型。然后,分别从政府、高校、企业三方阐述建设面向人工智能的高校创新创业教育生态系统的举措:以政府为引领,开展相关政策设计与资源调控;以高校为主线,构建数字孪生双创教学平台,实行“人工智能+X”的复合培养模式;以企业为副线,为平台提供数据,丰富双创教育教学案例库等。最后,运用问卷调查验证该路径的有效性。本研究能够为新时期高校双创教育的建设发展提供一定的参考。With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence,a new generation of digital technology has rapidly developed and spread across all many industries,significantly changing the human resource market’s demand for talents.However,the traditional talent training model of dual-innovation educa-tion in colleges and universities can hardly meet this demand.To solve the problem,this research builds a dynamic talent training model named“One-axis,Two-power,Three-helix”in talent training,which focuses on three dimensions knowledge,ability,and quality.Then,expounding the measures to build an entrepreneurship and innovation education ecosystem from the government,universities,and enterprises:taking the government as the lead,carrying out relevant policy design and resource regulation;taking colleges and universities as the mainline,building a digital twin teaching platform for innovation and entrepreneurship,and implement a composite training model of artificial“intelli-gence+X”;with the enterprise as the sub-line,providing data for the platform,enriching the teach-ing case library for entrepreneurship and innovation,etc.Finally,using aquestionnaire survey to ver-ify the validity of this construction path.This research can provide a specific reference for developing innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in the new era.
