碳排放约束下中国省域生态资本效率空间网络结构特征及影响因素

摘　　要：研究碳排放约束下生态资本效率及空间网络结构特征,对于我国省域生态资本运营能力提升具有重要意义。本文以能源碳排放作为非期望产出约束,利用SBM-Undesirable模型对2010—2019年中国省域生态资本效率进行测度,运用社会网络分析方法对碳排放约束下省域生态资本效率空间网络结构特征、影响因素进行探究。结果表明,我国生态资本效率均值地区分布总体呈现东部>中部>东北部>西部的格局,以江苏、山东、广东、浙江为代表的东部省份在生态资本效率空间关联网络传导机制中处于控制枢纽地位,城镇居民收入水平、农村居民收入水平、政府对环境保护的重视程度、科技水平、地理空间邻接关系对现阶段生态资本效率网络结构特征及传导强度有显著影响。为提高生态资本效率,各地应采取差异化策略,发挥空间枢纽中心节点优势,加强跨区域合作。It is of great significance to study the characteristics of ecological capital efficiency and spatial network structure under the constraint of carbon emission for the improvement of operational capacity of ecolog-ical capital between provinces.In this paper,taking energy carbon emissions as an undesirable output con-straint,SBM-Undesirable model was used to measure inter-provincial eco-capital efficiency in China during 2010-2019,and social network analysis methods were used to explore the structural characteristics and influ-encing factors of spatial network eco-capital efficiency under carbon emission constraint.The results showed that:the regional distribution of ecological capital efficiency in our country was presented as East>Middle>Northeast>west.The eastern provinces represented by Jiangsu,Shandong,Guangdong and Zhejiang are at the control hub in the transmission mechanism of the spatial correlation network of eco-capital efficiency.The difference of urban residents’income level,rural residents’income level,government’s emphasis on envi-ronmental protection,science and technology level,and geographic spatial adjacency have significant effects on the structural characteristics and transmission strength of ecological capital efficiency correlation network at the present stage.In order to improve the efficiency of ecological capital,all localities should adopt differentia-ted strategies and give full play to the advantages of control hub center nodes to strengthen cross-regional co-operation.
