摘 要:因极端天气的增多使得机场飞行区面临的洪涝风险大大增加,机场现有排水系统已较难处理极端暴雨天气造成的机场内涝,对此中国民用航空局提出建设海绵机场的新思路,并通过在北京大兴国际机场、成都天府国际机场和青岛胶州国际机场等枢纽机场的建设实践中积累了经验,对中小机场的排水系统改造给予启发。本文以东营机场为例,通过使用SWMM仿真对海绵化改造前后该机场飞行区面对大到暴雨情况下排水系统的工作情况进行模拟,分析海绵化改造尝试及伴随产生的新问题,提出适宜我国中小型机场排水系统设计建议。The increasing extreme weather has greatly increased the risk of flooding faced by the aircraft movement area of airports,and the existing drainage system of the airport has been difficult to deal with the waterlogging of the airport caused by extreme rainstorm weather.In this regard,the CAAC has put forward a new idea of building sponge airport,and accumulated experience through the construction practice of Hub Airports such as Beijing Daxing International Airport,Chengdu Tianfu International Airport and Qingdao Jiaozhou International Airport.At the same time,it also gives inspiration to the drainage system transformation of small and medium-sized airports.Taking Dongying Shengli Airport as an example,this paper simulates the working condition of the drainage system of the airport flight area in the face of heavy rain before and after the sponge transformation by using SWMM,analyzes the sponge transformation attempt and the new problems,and puts forward some suggestions for the design of the drainage system of small and medium-sized airports in China.
