摘　　要：在我国加快建设“多主体供给、多渠道保障”住房制度背景下,运用复杂适应系统理论(CAS),在分析合作建房系统要素的基础上,分别运用CAS理论的回声模型和涌现理论建立了合作建房系统主体交互、功能演化的理论分析框架,探讨了合作建房系统的内在运行机理,并运用复杂适应系统范式解析了我国合作建房发展的现实困境,为合作建房与住房保障政策的制定与调整提供决策依据,为我国合作建房的研究和实践提供科学参考。In speed up the construction of "multi-agent supply and multi-channel security housing system background,using the theory of complex adaptive system(CAS),on the basis of analyzing the elements of collaborative housing System,establishes the theoretical analysis framework of subject interaction and functional evolution of collaborative housing system by using the echo model and emergence phenomenon of CAS theory respectively.This paper discusses the internal operation mechanism of the collaborative housing system,and analyzes the the realistic dilemma of collaborative housing development in China by using the complex adaptation paradigm,which provides the basis for the formulation and adjustment of the collaborative housing and housing security policies,and provides scientific reference for the research and practice of the collaborative housing.
