加快推进天津长城文化保护传承利用研究

摘　　要：长城凝聚了中华民族自强不息、百折不挠、众志成城、坚不可摧的民族精神和爱国情怀,成为中华民族的象征、中华文明的精神标识和世界文化遗产。天津长城历史文化遗产资源丰厚,亟需深入挖掘与梳理。加快天津长城文化保护传承利用对策与措施包括:统筹谋划,强化顶层设计;健全工作机制,强化组织保障;尽快启动若干重点工程,强化工作成效;广筹建设资金,强化资金保障;加强法治建设,强化法治保障;加强宣传推介,强化舆论导向。The Great Wall embodies the unyielding,indomitable,unbreakable national spirit and patriotic feelings of the Chinese nation.It has become the symbol of the Chinese nation,the spiritual symbol of the Chinese civilization and the world cultural heritage.The Great Wall in Tianjin has rich historical and cultural heritage resources,which need to be further excavated and sorted out.Countermeasures and measures to accelerate the protection,inheritance and utilization of Great Wall culture in Tianjin include:overall planning,strengthening top-level design;Improve the working mechanism,strengthen the organization guarantee;Start some key projects as soon as possible to enhance the effectiveness of work;Widely raise construction funds and strengthen fund guarantee;Strengthen the construction of the rule of law,strengthen the legal guarantee;Strengthen publicity and promotion,strengthen the guidance of public opinion.
