摘 要:在燃机实际运行中,由于压气机与蜗轮内气体压力不同而产生轴向作用力,常造成轴系的轴向振动。膜盘联轴器作为连接轴系的关键弹性零部件,其轴向刚度特性直接影响着轴系的轴向振动水平。为此,文中通过建立小尺寸闭式过盈连接型膜盘联轴器的有限元模型,对具有直线型、锥线型及曲线型3种膜盘型面的膜盘联轴器轴向刚度特性进行了仿真分析。结果表明:3种型面膜盘联轴器轴向刚度均呈线性分布,且在大小相同的情况下,直线型膜盘的轴向刚度最大,锥线型的次之,曲线型的最小;直线型与锥线型膜盘联轴器具有相当的应力水平,较曲线型具有较高的承载能力;曲线型及锥线型膜盘联轴器则在相同载荷下具有较好的轴向补偿能力,分析结果为膜盘联轴器的设计与选用提供了理论支撑。In the actual operation of gas turbines,the axial force is generated due to different gas pressure in the compressor and worm gear,thus often leading to the axial vibration of the shaft system.Since the diaphragm coupling is the key elastic part of the shaft system,its axial stiffness directly affects the axial vibration of the shaft system.In this article,efforts are made to set up the finite-element model of the small-size diaphragm coupling with closed interference connection;the axial-stiffness characteristics of the diaphragm coupling with three types of disk profile,such as linear,conical and curved,are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the axial-stiffness characteristics of the diaphragm coupling with three types of disk profile are linear in distribution;under the premise of uniform size,the linear diaphragm disk has the largest axial stiffness,followed by the conical diaphragm disk and the curved diaphragm disk.The linear and conical diaphragm couplings have equivalent stress and higher bearing capacity than the curved diaphragm coupling.The curved and conical diaphragm couplings have better axial compensation ability with the same load.This research provides theoretical support for design and selection of diaphragm couplings.
