摘　　要：目的探讨断指再植术后早期作业治疗介入对患者手功能恢复的影响,从而为术后有效预防并发症,缩短功能恢复时间,改善患者愈后提供理论基础。方法回顾自2017年9月至2019年12月20例康复中心诊治的断指再植患者,根据术后康复干预时间分为试验组(早期康复组)和对照组,每组10例。试验组患者于术后1周内开始进行作业治疗干预训练,对照组术后4周后开始接受作业治疗干预。参照中华医学会手外科学会断指再植功能评定试用标准,分别对患者术后第4、8、12周的手功能进行评分,采用SPSS统计软件进行数据分析。结果与对照组相比,试验组患者手功能恢复程度和4~12周的恢复增长率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尽早对断指再植术后的患者进行作业治疗介入,能够有效提高断指再植患者术后手功能恢复程度,缩短功能恢复时间,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of early occupational therapy intervention on the recovery of hand function after replantation of severed fingers,so as to provide a theoretical basis for effectively preventing complications,shortening the time of functional recovery and improving the recovery of patients.Methods Twenty patients with replantation of severed fingers from September 2017 to December 2019 in the rehabilitation center were retrospectively included,and were divided into trial group(early rehabilitation group)and control group according to the time of postoperative rehabilitation intervention,with 10 patients in each group.The patients in the trial group began to receive occupational therapy intervention training within 1 week after operation,while the patients in the control group began to receive occupational therapy intervention 4 weeks after operation.According to the evaluation criteria of finger replantation function issued by the Hand Surgery Society of the Chinese Medical Association,the hand function of patients at the 4th,8th and 12th weeks after surgery was scored,and the data were analyzed with SPSS statistical software.Results Compared with the control group,the recovery degree of hand function and the recovery growth rate of 4 to 12 weeks in the trial group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The occupational therapy intervention for patients after replantation of severed fingers as early as possible can effectively improve the degree of hand function recovery of patients after replantation of severed fingers and shorten the time of functional recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
