摘　　要：随着中国人口老龄化进程逐渐加剧,血管疾病的发病率在逐年增加,目前静脉疾病在血管外科疾病中占据很大的比例。随着静脉影像学的蓬勃发展、腔内技术的快速进步和静脉相关器械的创新,静脉疾病的诊治理念和方式也在不断更新。静脉疾病作为血管外科医生的发展之源、立足之本,理应受到每个血管外科医生的关注和重视。本文对目前静脉外科的研究热点进行初步探讨。With the aging of the Chinese population,the incidence of vascular diseases is increasing year by year.Currently,venous diseases account for a large proportion of vascular surgical diseases.With the rapid development of venous imaging,the rapid progress of endovascular technology and the innovation of vene-related instruments,the diagnosis and treatment of venous diseases are constantly updated.As the development source and foundation of vascular surgeons,venous diseases should be paid attention to by every vascular surgeon.This paper will discuss the current research hotspots of venous surgery.
