摘 要:P-选择素糖蛋白配体1(P-selectin glycoprotein ligand 1,PSGL-1)是存在于T淋巴细胞等细胞表面的一种跨膜糖蛋白,具有多种生物学活性,不仅参与炎症的形成与发展,参与肿瘤细胞的生长与转移,还具有广泛的抗微生物活性。近年,研究发现PSGL-1对HIV感染具有抑制作用,是HIV的限制性因子,也是潜在的HIV治疗新靶点。本文对PSGL-1及其生物学作用,以及PSGL-1在HIV感染过程中表达、抑制作用与机制进行了综述。P-selectin glycoprotein ligand 1(PSGL-1) is a transmembrane glycoprotein that exists on the surface of T lymphocytes and other cells and has a variety of biological activities. PSGL-1 is involved in not only the formation and development of inflammation but also the growth and metastasis of tumor cells. In recent years, PSGL-1 has been found to have an inhibitory effect on HIV infection, acting as a restriction factor for HIV replication. Studies also indicate that PSGL-1 could be a potential new target for HIV treatment in the future. In this article, we aimed to review the biological roles and cellular expression of PSGL-1, as well as PSGL-1's inhibitory effects on HIV infection and associated mechanisms.
