摘　　要：近年来,MSM社区rush poppers流行率较高。本文通过对rush poppers的滥用潜力及其使用可能造成的其他健康风险进行综述,分析rush poppers、甲基苯丙胺和勃起功能障碍药物3种物质与危险性行为及HIV感染之间的关系。对MSM社区新物质使用模式(甲基苯丙胺+PrEP+伟哥)提出预警,为今后更好地在MSM社区中开展艾滋病防治工作提供借鉴。In recent years, the prevalence of rush poppers was high among men who have sex with men. We reviewed the abuse potential of rush poppers and health risks that may be caused by their use, and analyzed the relationship between rush poppers, methamphetamine and erectile dysfunction drugs to risky sexual behavior and HIV infection. This article aimed to provide early warning for new substance use patterns in MSM communities(methamphetamine+PrEP+Viagra)and to provide a reference for better HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment in MSM communities in the future.
