摘 要:教育在“一带一路”建设中具有基础性、先导性作用,在创新创业教育中融合跨文化要素,培养具有跨文化能力的创新创业型人才,对于国际化人才适应“一带一路”发展需求具有重要意义。本研究通过对国内10所高校的调研分析,发现目前高校对创新创业型大学生跨文化能力的培养存在学生生活圈层封闭、教师国际化程度不高、跨文化课程边缘化、教学模式静态化等问题。基于此,从文化培育、课程设置、教学手段、实践平台、教师素质、地域特征等六个维度,提出了一条以学生为中心,基于浸润式课程、多层次实践平台以及动态化教学,并结合高校地域特征开展创新创业跨文化培养的理路。Education plays a fundamental and leading role in the construction of the:"Belt and Road Initiative".It is of great significance for international talents to adapt to the development needs of the"Belt and Road Initiative"by integrating crosscultural elements in innovation and entrepreneurship education and cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents with crosscultural capabilities.Through the investigation and analysis of 10 universities in China,this study found that there are many problems in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial college students′cross-cultural ability,such as students′closed life circle,teachers′low degree of internationalization,difficult curriculum design,and single teaching form.Based on this,from the six dimensions of students as the main body,teachers′quality,curriculum,teaching means,practice platform,and regional characteristics,this paper puts forward a theory of taking students as the main body,based on curriculum integration and practical experience,and combining the regional characteristics of colleges and universities to carry out cross-cultural training of innovation and entrepreneurship.
