摘　　要：数字经济是世界经济发展的新形态,是大国竞争“新赛道”和全球经济治理新制高点。对数字经济的理论溯源证明,国内外学术界和业界对数字经济的已有研究基本上局限于表象描述。本文运用马克思主义政治经济学的基本原理和方法对数字生产要素进行经济学释义,解构数字经济的一般性与特殊性内涵,揭示了数字经济内在矛盾运动发展的辩证关系。在此基础上,本文对数字经济发展的“中国特色”进行深入分析,提出加快中国特色数字经济发展的若干理论逻辑思路与政策建议。The digital economy is a new form of world economic development,a‘new track'for great power competition and a new high point of global economic governance.The theoretical tracing of the digital economy proves that the existing studies on the digital economy in domestic and foreign academia and industry are basically limited to superficial descriptions.This paper applies the basic principles and methods of Marxist political economy to economically interpret the factors of digital production,deconstruct the general and specific connotations of the digital economy,and reveal the dialectical relationship between the contradictory movement and development inherent in the digital economy.On this basis,this paper provides an in-depth analysis of the‘Chinese characteristics'of digital economy development and proposes some theoretical and logical ideas and policy suggestions to accelerate the development of digital economy with Chinese characteristics.
