摘　　要：从农业观光园的概念入手,分析了过去观光园的特点和未来观光园的发展趋势,并结合北戴河集发生态农业观光园改革提升案例和实践经验,从前期分析、发展定位,几项目策划到空间的布局的整体规划和实践,总结和探索出现代多需求、多体验下的建设新路径。从切实的客群需求和市场发展趋势分析出发,以产业总体布局、功能复合产业,以客群导向设置产品,以主题式景观生态融合,探索出农业观光园创造的全新的可持续发展规划建设新模式。Starting from the concept of agricultural tourism park,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the past tourism park and the development trend of the future tourism park.Combined with the case and practical experience of the upgrading of Beidaihe Jifa ecological agriculture tourism Park,from the preliminary analysis,development positioning,several project planning to the overall planning and practice of space layout,it summarizes and explores the new construction path under the modern multi-demand and multi-experience.Starting from the analysis of practical customer demand and market development trend,with the overall industrial layout,functional complex industry,customer-oriented setting of products,with the theme of landscape ecological integration,explore the agricultural sightseeing park to create a new sustainable development planning and construction mode.
