摘 要:薄层罩面技术是公路工程中常用的预防性养护技术之一,为探究该养护技术在工程中的具体应用,论文依托实际工程项目,对薄层罩面技术的分类进行简单介绍,并介绍了施工过程中所用到的原材料,详细阐述了该养护技术的施工工艺,最后对试验路段性能进行评价。结果表明:经薄层罩面技术养护后的压实度满足验收要求;相比较原路面而言,其构造深度提高了26.6%,BPN值提高了24.3%,表明薄层罩面技术对路面抗滑性能具有较好的改善效果。Thin layer cladding technology is one of the commonly used preventive maintenance technologies in highway engineering.In order to explore the specific application ofthe maintenance technology in the project,this paper,relying on the actual project,briefly introduces the classification of thin layer cladding technology,introduces the raw materials used in the construction process,expounds the construction technology of the maintenance technology in detail,and finally evaluates the performance of the test section.The results show that the compaction degree after the thin layer cladding technology meets the acceptance requirements.Compared with the original pavement,the structural depth is increased by 26.6%,and the BPN value is increased by 24.3%,indicating that the thin layer surface technology has a better effect on the anti-skid performance of the pavement.
