摘　　要：以珠海绿景玺悦湾花园(北区)项目装配式住宅项目为背景,论文针对幕墙窗在装配式住宅项目进行了总结与分析。总结幕墙在住宅类项目应用中的优缺点,提出了预制凸窗PC构件与幕墙窗相结合的设计方式,分析如何保证洞口式幕墙窗的各项性能满足住宅项目的需求。Based on the prefabricated residential project of Zhuhai Lvjing Xiyuewan Garden(North Area)Project,this paper summarizes and analyzes the curtain wall window in the prefabricated residential project,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of curtain wall application in residential projects,puts forward the design method of combining prefabricated bay window PC components with curtain wall windows,and analyzes how to ensure the performance of portal curtain wall windows to meet the needs ofresidential projects.
