基于突发卫生事件下的传染病医院整体规划设计——以驻马店市公共卫生临床中心为例

摘　　要：自2020年初新冠疫情大规模暴发,我国现有医疗体系面临着巨大挑战,传染病医院作为防疫工作中的重点单位,却在实际救援过程中遇到诸多实际问题,使得政府不得不紧急建设“火神山”“雷神山”、方舱医院等紧急救援场所,这在很大程度上说明大部分的传统传染病医院规划方式已经不能完全满足突发卫生事件时的需求。因此,作者依据理论和现实情况,提炼并分析其中存在的问题,并通过实际项目提出规划方式,给未来的传染病医院提供参考建议。Since the large-scale outbreak of cOVID-19 in early 2020,the existing medical system in our country is facing great challenges.As the key unit of epidemic prevention,the infectious disease hospital has encountered many practical problems in the actual rescue process,the government had to build emergency rescue sites such as"Vulcan Mountain","Thor Mountain",shelter hospital and so on.To a large extent,most of the traditional planning methods of infectious disease hospitals can not fully meet the situation of health emergencies,therefore,the author based on the theory and reality,the existing problems are extracted and analyzed,and the planning method is put forward through the actual project to provide reference suggestions for the future infectious disease hospitals.
