健康处方在恩替卡韦治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨健康处方对恩替卡韦治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化患者预后的影响。方法:择取2020年1月—2022年1月经本院收治的恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗的失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化患者84例,按随机数字表法分设对照组及观察组,每组42例。对照组予以常规干预,观察组于对照组基础上予以健康处方干预,比较两组干预疗效、心理、行为及营养状态及预后。结果:观察组ALT复常率、HBsAg转阴率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SAS、SDS及NRS 2002评分低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组再住院率及病死率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健康处方在恩替卡韦治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化患者中的效果良好,可改善患者心理、行为及营养状况,且可获得良好预后,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the effect of Health Prescription on the prognosis of patients with decompensated hepatitis b cirrhosis treated with entecavir.Methods:A total of 84 patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis who were treated with entecavir antiviral therapy in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given Health Prescription intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing efficacy,psychology,behavior,nutritional status and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:ALT normalization rate and HBsAg negative conversion rate in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The SAS,SDS and NRS 2002 scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the Barthel index was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in rehospitalization rate and mortality between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Health Prescription has a good effect in the treatment of patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis with entecavir,which can improve the psychological,behavioral and nutritional status of patients,and can obtain a good prognosis,which is worthy of clinical application.
