碳酸氢钠片联合秋水仙碱治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症患者的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨碳酸氢钠片联合秋水仙碱治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症的疗效。方法:选择2019年2月—2021年9月本院诊治的痛风伴高尿酸血症患者134例作为研究对象,根据1∶1随机分配原则把患者分为联合组与对照组,各67例。对照组给予秋水仙碱治疗,联合组在对照组基础上加用碳酸氢钠片,比较两组治疗效果、疼痛程度、血尿酸、ApoA1、NALP3水平变化。结果:联合组总有效率为98.5%,高于对照组的88.1%(P<0.05);联合组治疗第1、2、4周视觉模拟评分低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组血清尿酸含量低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组血清ApoA1、NALP3水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:碳酸氢钠片联合秋水仙碱治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症的效果确切,可降低患者尿酸含量,抑制血清ApoA1、NALP3的表达,缓解疼痛。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of sodium bicarbonate tablets combined with colchicine in the treatment of gout with hyperuricemia and its effects on serum uric acid,apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1) and nucleotidebinding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein(NLRP) 3 levels.Methods:A total of 134 patients with gout and hyperuricemia who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the 1:1 random allocation principle,the patients were divided into the combination group and the control group,with 67 cases in each.The control group was given colchicine treatment,and the combined group was given sodium bicarbonate tablet treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The treatment effect,pain degree,blood uric acid,ApoA1 and NALP3 levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was 98.5%,which was higher than 88.1% of the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group at 1,2,4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The serum uric acid content in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum ApoA1 and NALP3 levels in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sodium bicarbonate tablets combined with colchicine is effective in the treatment of gout with hyperuricemia,which can reduce the content of uric acid,inhibit the expression of serum ApoA1 and NALP3,and relieve pain.
