摘　　要：目的:观察吸入用复方异丙托溴铵治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘的安全性。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年3月本院收治的60例咳嗽变异型哮喘患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组患儿予以布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,研究组患儿在对照组基础上联合吸入用复方异丙托溴铵治疗,比较两组临床疗效、肺功能指标、临床症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);研究组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组咳嗽、气喘、哮鸣音以及湿啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:吸入用复方异丙托溴铵治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘的效果较为明显,可以改善患儿的肺功能,缩短临床症状消失时间,安全性较好。Objective:To observe the safety of inhaled compound ipratropium bromide in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Methods:A total of 60 children with cough variant asthma admitted to our hospital from March 2020to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide inhalation,and the study group was treated with compound ipratropium bromide inhalation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indexes,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 66.67% of the control group(P<0.05).FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,asthma,wheezing and moist rale in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Inhaled compound ipratropium bromide is effective in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.It can improve the lung function of children,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and has good safety.
