朱明芳教授从肝论治口服布洛芬致荨麻疹型药疹1例

摘　　要：朱明芳教授从业皮肤病研究三十余年,师从国医大师欧阳恒教授,对各种皮肤病治疗具有独到个人经验及了解。部分患者服用布洛芬期间出现了荨麻疹型药疹,朱明芳教授基于该病症状特点和患者心理,提出从肝论治口服布洛芬致荨麻疹型药疹,并通过临床医案1例以期为口服布洛芬致荨麻疹型药疹的诊疗提供一些思路和经验。Professor ZHU Mingfang has been engaged in the study of skin diseases for more than 30 years,and has learned from Professor OUYANG Heng,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,with unique personal experience and understanding of various skin diseases.Some patients with novel coronavirus infection developed urticaria-type drug eruption during taking ibuprofen.Based on the characteristics of the symptoms of the disease and the patient's psychology,Professor ZHU Mingfang proposed the treatment of urticaria-type drug eruption caused by oral ibuprofen from the liver,and through one clinical medical case,in order to provide some ideas and experience for the diagnosis and treatment of urticaria-type drug eruption caused by oral ibuprofen.
