温针灸阴经穴治疗中风后呃逆症患者的效果及对饮食状况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨温针灸阴经穴治疗中风后呃逆症患者的效果及对饮食状况的影响。方法:选择天津市宁河区中医医院2020年2月—2021年11月收治的中风后呃逆症患者78例作为研究对象,根据1∶1随机分配原则把患者分为温针灸组与对照组,各39例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,温针灸组在对照组治疗基础上给予温针灸阴经穴治疗,比较两组治疗依从性、临床疗效、渗漏-误吸量表评分、血流动力学参数[舒张末期血流速度(Vd)、收缩期峰值流速(Vs)]。结果:温针灸组治疗依从性为100.0%,高于对照组的84.6%(P<0.05);温针灸治疗总有效率为97.4%,高于对照组的82.1%(P<0.05);温针灸组渗漏-误吸量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);温针灸组Vd、Vs高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸阴经穴治疗中风后呃逆症的效果确切,可提高患者治疗依从性,改善渗漏-误吸状况,提高颈动脉血流速度,进而促进患者病情恢复。Objective:To investigate the effect and diet status influence of warming acupuncture and moxibustion at Yin meridian points in treatment of patients with post-stroke hiccups.Methods:A total of 78 patients with post-stroke hiccups who were admitted to Ninghe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Tianjin from February 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the 1:1 random allocation principle,the patients were divided into the warm acupuncture group and control group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,while the warm acupuncture group were given warm acupuncture and moxibustion at Yin meridian points on the basis of control group.The dietary compliance,clinical efficacy,leakage-aspiration scale scores,and hemodynamic parameters[end-diastolic blood flow velocity(Vd),peak systolic flow velocity(Vs)] were compared between two groups.Results:The treatmentcompliance in the warm acupuncture group was 100.0%,which was higher than 84.6% in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the warm acupuncture group was 97.4%,which was higher than 82.1% in the control group(P<0.05).The leakage-aspiration scale score of thewarm acupuncture group was lower than thatof control group(P<0.05);the Vd and Vs of the warm acupuncture group were higher thanthatof control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture and moxibustion at the Yin meridian points is effective in treatment of poststroke hiccups,which can improve the patient's compliance with diet and medicine,improve the leakage-aspiration condition,increase the blood flow rate of the carotid artery,and promote the recovery of illness recovery.
