复方苁蓉益智胶囊联合银杏叶提取物治疗阿尔茨海默病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方苁蓉益智胶囊联合银杏叶提取物治疗阿尔茨海默病的效果。方法:选择2020年4月—2022年1月本院收治的70例阿尔茨海默病患者,根据1∶1简单分配原则把患者分为联合组35例与对照组35例。对照组给予银杏叶提取物治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上给予复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗,比较两组认知功能、治疗效果、炎症因子水平及生活质量。结果:两组治疗后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分高于治疗前,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清IL-18、IFN-γ高于治疗前,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组身体疼痛、总体健康、生理功能、生理职能等生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苁蓉益智胶囊联合银杏叶提取物治疗阿尔茨海默病的效果确切,可有效抑制血清IL-18、IFN-γ表达,改善认知功能状况,进而提升患者的总体生活质量。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of compound Congrong Yizhi capsule combined with Ginkgo biloba extract.Methods:A total of 70 patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to January 2022were selected and divided into combined group(n=35) and control group(n=35) according to 1:1 simple distribution principle.The control group was treated with ginkgo biloba extract,and the combined group was treated with compound Congrong Yizhi capsule on the basis of the control group.The cognitive function,therapeutic effect,inflammatory factor level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the combined group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum IL-18 and IFN-γ in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of body pain,general health,physiological function and physiological function in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Congrong Yizhi Capsules combined with Ginkgo biloba extract is effective in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease,which can effectively inhibit the expression of serum IL-18 and IFN-γ,improve the cognitive function and improve the overall quality of life of patients.
