预见性护理在老年慢性呼吸道感染长期服药患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨预见性护理在老年慢性呼吸道感染长期服药患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年2月—2022年2月在本院诊治的慢性呼吸道感染老年患者78例,根据简单分配原则把患者分为预见性护理组与常规护理组,各39例。常规护理组给予常规护理,预见性护理组在常规护理基础上给予预见性护理,比较两组服药依从性、心理状态、自我护理能力及生活质量。结果:预见性护理组护理期间服用依从性为100.00%,高于对照组的84.62%(P<0.05)。两组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分低于护理前,且预见性护理组低于常规护理组(P<0.05);两组护理后自我护理能力及生活质量各维度评分高于护理前,且预见性护理组高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理可提高老年慢性呼吸道感染长期服药患者的服药依从性,缓解焦虑与抑郁症状,改善患者的生活质量与自我管理水平。Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in elderly patients with chronic respiratory tract infection for long-term medication.Methods:A total of 78 elderly patients with chronic respiratory tract infection diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected.According to the principle of simple distribution,the patients were divided into predictive nursing group and routine nursing group,with 39 cases in each group.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing,and the predictive nursing group was given predictive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The medication compliance,psychological state,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance of the predictive nursing group during the nursing period was 100.00%,which was higher than 84.62% of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the predictive nursing group was lower than the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the predictive nursing group was higher than the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing can improve the medication compliance of elderly patients with chronic respiratory tract infection,relieve anxiety and depression symptoms,and improve the quality of life and self-management level of patients.
