摘　　要：慢性乙型肝炎是常见的肝脏疾病,在临床中具有隐匿性、进展性、治愈率低等特点。中医药治疗在缓解症状、抗病毒、抗纤维化、保肝降酶、调节免疫等方面具有优势。文章总结了刘华宝教授治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临证经验,其认为本病基本病机为“湿热蕴结为标,脾肾亏虚为本”,治疗以清利解毒、化瘀活血、燮理气机、健脾补肾为主,临证中疗效确切。Professor Liu Huabao is a famous Chinese medicine practitioner and the director of the Department of Hepatology of Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.He has been engaged in the research and treatment of liver diseases for more than 30 years,especially specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic hepatitis B.He believes that dampness,heat and epidemic toxicity are the key to chronic hepatitis B,and deficiency of vital energy is the main conflict of the disease.Based on his own clinical experience and the summaries of modern hepatologists,he has developed the theory that“the liver and spleen are one and the portal vein liver is the spleen of Chinese medicine”and“the liver is the control(treatment)of qi”.He also proposed the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,such as clearing heat and dampness,detoxifying the liver,strengthening the spleen,tonifying the kidney,regulating the qi mechanism,resolving blood stasis and activating blood circulation,etc.,and achieved good results in clinical practice.
