治疣汤泡洗联合液氮冷冻治疗跖疣热瘀互结证的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察治疣汤泡洗联合液氮冷冻治疗跖疣热瘀互结证的疗效。方法选取61例跖疣热瘀互结证患者随机分成2组,对照组28例予液氮冷冻治疗,1次/2周,观察组33例在对照组基础上加用治疣汤泡洗,1次/d,20 min/次,治疗2个月后比较疗效。结果观察组皮损个数、大小评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率87.9%,对照组总有效率64.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗程结束后第4个月随访,对照组复发7例(25%);观察组复发2例(6%);两组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疣汤外洗联合液氮冷冻治疗跖疣可提高疗效,改善疼痛,降低复发率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhiyou decoction combined with liquid nitrogen freezing in the treatment of heat and blood stasis syndrome of plantar wart.Methods 61 patients with heat and blood stasis syndrome of plantar wart were randomly divided into two groups.28 patients in the control group were treated with liquid nitrogen freezing once in two weeks,and 33 patients in the observation group were soaked with Zhiyou decoction once a day for 20 minutes.The curative effects were compared after two months of the treatment.Results The number and size score of skin lesions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 87.9%in the observation group and 64.3%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 25%in the control group and 6%in the control group.There was significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion External washing of Zhiyou decoction combined with liquid nitrogen freezing in the treatment of plantar warts can improve the curative effect,improve the pain and reduce the recurrence rate.
