摘  要:目的通过BERTopic算法分析裘昌林教授治疗癫痫的用药特点,探讨其用药规律、核心处方,以期为中医药临床治疗癫痫提供借鉴。方法收集2017年1月至2022年6月裘昌林教授治疗癫痫患者的临床资料,整理成数据库。应用Excel 2010对数据进行基础运算分析,得出高频中药,应用BERTopic算法进行主题提取,得出裘老治疗癫痫的核心处方,总结裘昌林教授用药特色及规律。结果本研究共纳入医案1,096例,收录患者117位,涉及中药220味。核心处方为:石菖蒲、郁金、胆南星、全蝎、地龙、蝉蜕、茯苓、僵蚕、姜半夏、蜂房、丹参。结论裘昌林教授临床治疗癫痫以息风止痉、化痰开窍药物为主,多以菖蒲郁金汤与五虎追风散方加减。Objective To investigate the medication characteristics of Professor Qiu Changlin in the treatment of epilepsy and the medication rules and core prescriptions through the BERTopic algorithm,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of epilepsy by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The clinical diagnosis and treatment case data of Professor Qiu Changlin treating epilepsy patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of ZheJiang University of Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to June 2022 and the data organized into a database.Excel 2010 was used to perform basic arithmetic analysis on the data,high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine was obtained,and the BERTopic algorithm was used to extract the theme to obtain the core prescription of Professor Qiu for the treatment of epilepsy,and summarized the characteristics and rules of Professor Qiu Changlin's medication.Results A total of 1,096 medical cases were included in this study,including 117 patients,involving 220 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The core prescriptions are calamus,tulip,gallbladder star,whole scorpion,earth dragon,cicada molt,poria,zombie silkworm,ginger banxia,beehive,danshen.Conclusion Professor Qiu Changlin's clinical treatment of epilepsy is mainly based on antispasms,phlegm and opening drugs,mostly calamus tulip soup and five tigers chasing the wind scattered plus and minus.
