摘　　要：目的了解杭州市西湖区三、六、八年级学生脊柱侧弯的流行病特征,为预防青少年脊柱侧凸提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法在杭州市西湖区79所学校三、六、八年级的中小学生作为调查对象,于2021年9月采用简易青少年脊柱侧弯风险评估量表,收集中小学生人口学信息并筛查脊柱侧弯情况。结果共调查学生4,684人,其中男2,376人(50.8%),女2,305人(49.2%),年龄(10.99±1.93)岁。检出未见异常1,856人(39.6%),体态异常2,453人(52.4%),脊柱侧弯可疑348人(7.4%),脊柱侧弯27人(0.6%)。女性脊柱侧弯发生率高于男性(70.37%>29.63%)。三、六、八年级学生检出率分别为0.1%、0.3%、1.7%。结论杭州市西湖区中小学生脊柱侧凸检出率为0.6%。简易青少年脊柱侧弯风险评估量表在大规模的初筛工作中具有一定的应用价值。对于姿势异常及脊柱侧弯可疑的高年级女生应密切关注其脊柱变化。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of scoliosis in third,sixth and eighth grade students in Xihu District,Hangzhou,and to provide a basis for the prevention of adolescent scoliosis.Methods A stratified whole-group sampling method was used to collect demographic information and screen for scoliosis among primary and secondary school students in grades third,sixth and eighth in 79 schools in Xihu District,Hangzhou,using the Simple Adolescent Scoliosis Risk Assessment Scale in September 2021.Results A total of 4684 students were surveyed,of whom 2376(50.8%)were male and 2305(49.2%)were female,with an average age of approximately 10.99±1.93 years.No abnormalities were detected in 1,856(39.6%),2,453(52.4%)in postural abnormalities,348(7.4%)in suspected scoliosis and 27(0.6%)in scoliosis.The incidence of scoliosis was higher in females than in males(70.37%>29.63%).The detection rates were 0.1%,0.3%and 1.7%for students in grades 3,6 and 8 respectively.Conclusions The detection rate of scoliosis in primary and secondary school students in Xihu District,Hangzhou was 0.6%.The Simple Adolescent Scoliosis Risk Assessment Scale has some value in large-scale primary screening efforts.Close attention should be paid to spinal changes in senior girls with abnormal posture and suspected scoliosis.
