摘  要:目的分析并比较南京市和扬州市COVID⁃19的流行病学特征及防控措施。方法收集并整理南京市和扬州市卫生健康委员会官方发布的COVID⁃19确诊病例资料,应用SPSS 21.0软件,分析并比较南京市和扬州市COVID⁃19疫情的流行病学特征及防控措施。结果2021年7月20日―8月26日,南京市共报告COVID⁃19确诊病例235例,扬州市共报告570例。除性别外,两市确诊病例在年龄(χ^(2)=65.292,P<0.001)、居住地区(χ^(2)=696.964,P<0.001)、发现途径(χ^(2)=159.880,P<0.001)、暴露方式(χ^(2)=52.359,P<0.001)和临床分型(χ^(2)=70.124,P<0.001)等方面,差异均有统计学意义。南京市共完成7轮大规模核酸检测,累计检测4000余万人次,扬州市共完成7轮大规模核酸检测和多轮重点人员核酸检测,累计检测近2500万人次。结论南京市和扬州市COVID⁃19疫情传播模式及确诊病例人群特征存在差异。扬州市疫情以社区传播为主,相对于南京市的机场传播,传播范围更广,防范难度更大。Objective To analyze and compare the epidemiological characteristics and preven⁃tion measures of COVID⁃19 in Nanjing and Yangzhou.Methods Confirmed COVID⁃19 cases data were extracted from the official websites of the Health Commissions of Nanjing and Yangzhou.Epidemiological characteristics and prevention measures of COVID⁃19 were analyzed and compared by using SPSS21.0 software.Results From July 20 to August 26,2021,Nanjing reported 235 confirmed COVID⁃19 cases,while Yangzhou reported 570 cases.Significant differences were observed between Nanjing and Yangzhou in terms of age(χ^(2)=65.292,P<0.001),place of residence(χ^(2)=696.964,P<0.001),detection method(χ^(2)=159.880,P<0.001),exposure pathway(χ^(2)=52.359,P<0.001)and clinical classifi⁃cation(χ^(2)=70.124,P<0.001).However,there was no significant difference in sex between Nanjing and Yangzhou.Nanjing conducted seven rounds of large⁃scale nucleic acid testing,totaling over 40 million samples,whileYangzhou completed seven rounds of large⁃scale nucleic acid testing and multiple rounds of testing for targeted population,totaling nearly 25 million samples.Conclusions Differences were ob⁃served between Nanjing and Yangzhou in transmission patterns across outbreaks and the population char⁃acteristics of confirmed cases.The spread of COVID⁃19 in Yangzhou,primarily through communities,is more extensive and difficult to prevent compared to Nanjing’s airport transmission chains.
