改良三联术与常规三联术治疗复发性髌骨脱位的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较改良三联术与常规三联术治疗复发性髌骨脱位的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年1月至2020年5月收治的55例复发性髌骨脱位患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(n=27)和研究组(n=28)。对照组行常规三联术,研究组行改良三联术。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组的Q角、髌骨适合度、髌骨指数小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的Lysholm膝关节功能量表(LKSS)评分优良率、国际膝关节文献委员会(IKDC)膝关节功能主观评分优良率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规三联术,改良三联术治疗复发性髌骨脱位时能够重新建立髌股关节稳定,改善膝关节功能。Objective To compare the clinical effects between modified triple surgery and conventional triple surgery in the treatment of recurrent patellar dislocation.Methods Fifty-five patients with recurrent patellar dislocation admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(n=27)and study group(n=28).The control group received conventional triple surery,and the study group received modified triple suregery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The Q angle,patella fitness and patella index of the study group were smaller than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rates of Lysholm Knee Score Scale(LKSS)score and International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)subjective score of knee function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional triple surgery,modified triple surgery can re-establish patellofemoral joint stability and improve knee joint function in the treatment of recurrent patellar dislocation.
