苍芪止流冲剂联合左西替利嗪、丙酸氟替卡松治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨苍芪止流冲剂联合左西替利嗪、丙酸氟替卡松治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2018年2月至2021年2月本院收治的过敏性鼻炎患者100例,根据用药方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用左西替利嗪+丙酸氟替卡松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合苍芪止流冲剂治疗。比较两组的临床症状评分、临床症状改善时间、临床疗效、疼痛程度、生活质量、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果用药后,两组的鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕评分及总分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕改善时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,两组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷(RQLQ)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率及复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苍芪止流冲剂联合左西替利嗪、丙酸氟替卡松治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果良好,可有效缓解患者临床症状,提高生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Cangqi Zhiliu granule combined with levocetirizine and fluticasone propionate in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A retrospective selection was conducted on 100 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different medication plans,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levocetirizine+fluticasone propionate,while the observation group was treated with Cangqi Zhiliu granule on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms scores,clinical symptoms improvement time,clinical efficacy,degree of pain,quality of life,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence between the two groups were compared.Results After medication,the nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose scores and total score of the two groups decreased,those of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing and runny nose improvement time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After medication,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ)in the two groups decreased,those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cangqi Zhiliu granule combined with levocetirizine and fluticasone propionate in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has good effect,it can effectively alleviate
