综合性康复护理在脑梗死康复期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察综合性康复护理对脑梗死康复期患者自我管理行为、机体功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法将92例脑梗死康复期患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合性康复护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的自我管理行为各维度评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)、实用性语言交流能力检查(CADL-T)、患者积极度量表(PAM)、自我感受负担量表(SPB)及巴氏量表(BI)评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合性康复护理可改善脑梗死康复期患者自我管理行为、机体功能恢复情况及生活质量。Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on self-management behavior,recovery of body function and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction during rehabilitation period.Methods A total of 92 patients with cerebral infarction during rehabilitation period were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of each dimension of self-management behavior,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Communication Activities of Daily Living Test(CADL-T),Patient Activation Measure(PAM),Self-Perceived Burden(SPB)and Barthel Index(BI)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve self-management behavior,recovery of body function and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction during rehabilitation period.
