摘  要:目的探究早期康复训练对断指再植指术后患者手功能恢复的影响。方法随机选择2020年7月—2022年6月本院收治的断指再植指术后患者86例作为研究对象。应用计算机法,将患者随机编号为0.001-0.086,设0.041及以下(0.001-0.043)编号为对照组,0.044及以上为对照组(0.044-0.086),每组各43例。两组均实施常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上加以肌腱滑动训练。观察比较两组术后第1天、干预8周后手部总关节活动度评分、手部肌腱修复优良率以及手部功能评分恢复情况。结果术后第1天,两组手部总关节活动度、评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预8周后,两组手部总关节活动度评分较术后第1天有所升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预8周后,两组手部肌腱修复优良率高于术后第1天,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后第1天,两组手部功能评分比较(P>0.05)。干预8周后,两组手部功能评分均较术后第1天有所升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复训练可改善断指再植指患者术后关节活动度,促进手部肌腱的修复,提高手部运动功能。Objective To explore the effects of early rehabilitation training on the recovery of hand function after finger replantation.Methods A total of 86 patients underwent finger replantation in our hospital between July 2020 and June 2022were randomly selected.Using the computer method,the patients were randomly numbered as 0.001-0.086,the patients numbered 0.041 and below(0.001-0.043)were set as the control group,and 0.044 was designated as the control group(0.044-0.086),with 43 cases in each group.Routine rehabilitation training was offered to both groups,while the observation group received additional tendon slide training.Total joint mobility score of hand,excellent hand tendon repair rate and recovery of hand function score were observed and compared between the two groups at the first day postoperative and 8 weeks after intervention.Results On the first day postoperative,there were no significant differences in total joint mobility between the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,the total hand joint mobility score in both groups wereincreased compared with the first day,and that of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,the excellent rate of tendon repair in both groups were higher than the 1st daypostoperative,and that of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hand function score between the two groups at 1dpostoperative(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,hand function scores in both groups were higher than those at the first daypostoperative,and that of observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early rehabilitation training can improve postoperative joint mobility,promote hand tendon repair,and improve hand motor functions for patients underwent finger replantation.
