摘　　要：糖尿病(DM)是威胁人类卫生健康的三大慢性病之一,勃起功能障碍(ED)是DM患者的常见并发症。糖尿病勃起功能障碍(DIED)因其发生率呈逐年增加趋势而成为近年研究热点。本文依托古籍,通过查阅、分析近10年文献,并结合现代医学观点,就DIED的中医发病机制进行综述,以期为中医药防治DIED提供一定思路。Diabetes mellitus(DM)is one of the three major chronic diseases that threaten human health,and erectile dysfunction(ED)is a common complication of DM patients.Diabetes-induced erectile dysfunction(DIED)has become a research hotspot in recent years because of its increasing incidence.Based on ancient books,this paper reviews the pathogenesis of DIED in Traditional Chinese Medicine by referring to and analyzing the literature in recent 10 years and combining modern medical viewpoints,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of DIED in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
