摘 要:目的优化索尼娅石斛多糖(DSP)亚临界水提取工艺。方法以DSP提取率为考察指标,选择提取温度、提取压力和液料比为考察因素进行单因素试验,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优选最佳提取工艺。结果优选的提取工艺为提取压力1.4 MPa,提取温度145℃,液料比25∶1(mL/g)。按此工艺制备3批样品的多糖提取率分别为6.03%,6.14%,6.09%。结论优选的DSP亚临界水提取工艺稳定、可靠,可用于DSP的提取。Objective To optimize the subcritical water extraction process of polysaccharides from Dendrobium Sonia(DSP).Methods The single-factor experiment was conducted with DSP extraction rate as the evaluation index,and with the extraction temperature,extraction pressure,and liquid-solid ratio as the evaluation factors.The Box-Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the optimal extraction process.Results The optimal extraction process was as follows:the extraction pressure was 1.4 MPa,the extraction temperature was 145℃,and the solid-liquid ratio was 25∶1(mL/g).The polysaccharide extraction rates of three batches of samples prepared by the optimal process were 6.03%,6.14%,and 6.09%,respectively.Conclusion The optimal DSP subcritical water extraction process is stable and reliable,which can be used for the extraction of DSP.
